We aim to deliver your favorite T-shirts quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• In case of high order volumes or product unavailability, processing time may take slightly longer — you’ll be notified via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post to ensure timely delivery across India.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities / Towns: 5–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

• A small shipping fee (₹49–₹99) may apply for orders below the free-shipping limit.

• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

• You can track your order status anytime on our “Track Order” page or through the courier’s website.

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

• Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing an order.

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or no response, the order will be returned to us.

• Re-shipping may require an additional delivery fee.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• If your order is lost in transit, we will either issue a replacement or a full refund.

8. International Shipping

Currently, PR T-shirt delivers only within India.
