1. Eligibility for Refund
• Refunds are accepted within 7 days of the product delivery date.
• To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
• Customized or personalized T-shirts.
• Sale or discounted items.
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account or payment app again.
• Then contact your bank or payment provider; sometimes it takes extra time for a refund to be posted.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
• We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
6. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
